U. S. Options

 Please note:

Ground Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday via FedEx or Priority Mail. Our site will give you real-time shipping charges. These rates apply to both FedEx and USPS. If you provide your FedEx account number, we will bill the shipping to you through FedEx and deduct our shipping charge.

Express Orders must be in our system by 10AM in order to be shipped that same day.
FedEx has an early cut-off time due to our location. Express orders may also be shipped via EMS which is either overnight or second day depending on how you are zoned.

Orders that arrive after 10AM will be shipped the following business day.
If you're placing an express order on a Friday, please realize that you will lose two days due to the weekend. Overnight orders placed on Friday will have the option of a Saturday Delivery. This of course will result in an additional charge. Please call us for an exact quote upon placing this type of order.


Overseas Shipping
Orders  outside the US have 2 shipping options, EMS or Priority International. EMS will arrive to you several days sooner than Priority International. Both of these methods are substancially cheaper than FedEx or UPS by 50-75%. Your order is subject to your local taxes and tarrifs and possible delays in customs.

On a side note...
Many overseas countries apply additional taxes and customs charges to a package arriving from an overseas destination. Please check with your local post office and customs office for their rates and charges.

Our Return Policy is quite simple.

We stand behind all of our products! We will replace any of our effects with the proper notification. If an item has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the defective item. We will issue you a FedEx return label by email, along with return instructions, if in the U.S. If you are overseas, we will work out the details via email.

If, for some reason, an item does not fit your needs and is not to your liking, you will have 30 days from the date of receipt in which to return the item to us. Upon receipt, your account will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item, less shipping.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged to those customers where exceptions are made regarding the return of an item not deemed as defective. Only authorized returns will be accepted.
Return Notification: It just takes an e-mail or phone call to report a defect or make a claim.

Part of the intrinsic value of an item it its working secret. Please be careful when selecting an item for purchase. If you have a question regarding a prop or effect, we will do our best to answer your question

Please note:
All returns must include their original packaging and instructions. They must be in perfect condition, unless received damaged. Dvds, Videos, and downloads are not returnable unless they are defective. These items will be replaced with the same product.
